A newly released Burmese (Myanmar) feature film recently showing at the theaters in home country Myanmar/Burma, “Adam, Eve and Dasa”, “The Floating Tomatoes,” a documentary directed by Min Htin Ko Ko Gyi, and “Crossing Salween” will be shown at the San Francisco Burmese Film Festival in the August Coppola Theater in San Francisco State University on December 3, 2011. The festival will be a one-day event organized by the Burmese Youth Association (BYA).

The movie, “Adam, Eve and Datsa”, is directed by Wyne, with starring famous actors: Pyay Ti Oo, Sai Sai Kham Leng, and famous actress Thet Mon Myint. It is a Burmese Drama movie depicting the conflicts and romance entangled in the lives of three people.

Floating tomatoes is a 34 minute documentary by Burmese filmmaker Min Htin Ko Ko Gyi. Water, “Floating Tomatoes” was filmed on the beautiful Inle lake known for its Intha people and their unique leg rowing tradition. Surrounded by mountains, the fresh water lake is situated at 2900 feet and is the second largest lake in Myanmar.
The film’s cinematography is simply gorgeous. It is a poignant portrait of a hard working fisherman/farmer family with two children who farm tomatoes on a floating garden. The film tastefully reveals the unique Intha subculture of leg rowing and floating gardens on the Inle lake and the life of an Intha family.

Irish film producer Gary Moore said the film, based on a Karen girl who flees from the fighting in Burma, is a story that throws highlight on the reality of Karen life and the lives of Burmese in general.
The film star, 11-year-old Karen refugee Ronnachai Mai Whittio, or Mai for short, who Moore found through “street casting”––searching for talent among non-professionals to play the lead role, as happened with the casting of slum children in the 2008 Hollywood hit, “Slumdog Millionaire.”

1. Ko Kelvin Lwin (Lecturer/Academic Coordinator, UC Merced)

Dr. Kelvin Lwin managed to only pass fifth grade in Mandalay, Burma. After he
arrived to America, he discovered the low level of competition so
spent his time honing his skills by watching TV religiously. He ended
up in Berkeley because it is the only school that accepted him. Once
he realized how difficult real life is, he appreciate the value of
school even more. He got his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and
Computer Science from UC Berkeley in 2009. Now, he figured out
a way to always have summer vacation by staying in school and
watching others suffer by teaching Computer Science and
Engineering courses in UC MERCED!

2. Ko Wai Lin Tun (Godfrey Tan) (Program Manager, INTEL)

Dr. Godfrey Tan is the program manager for the Intel AppUp Developer Program (appdeveloper.intel.com), managing the planning and execution of IADP activities. Prior to this role, he was the manageability architect driving the data center manageability system architecture and leading the development of the BI and capacity and performance management capabilities for Intel’s internal Cloud. Since joining Intel in late 2005, he also served as a key architect of the Intel Data Center Virtualization (DCV) program and the lead architect of the BI for Design Computing program. He received an Intel Achievement Award for his contributions in the DCV program. He holds a B.S. from UC Berkeley and an M.S. and a Ph.D. from MIT, all in Computer Science. He published more than a dozen papers in technical conferences.

As all of us know, BYA has been moving forward to build up the organization structure after the MCCFR event. As BYA is growing and involving in many and more events, the time to form a formal and organized structure of BYA has arrived.

On February 13^th 2010, BYA first election will be taken place at

Board of Directors
shall govern the BYA by establishing board policies and objectives; select, appoint, support and review the performance of the chief executives; ensure the availability of adequate financial resources; approve annual budget.

shall preside at the meetings of the board; be a chief executive officer and supervise; direct and control of all BYA's activities and affairs.

Vice President of Entertainment and Culture Affair
shall act as the president in his or her absence; assist president on the area of entertainment and culture.

Vice President of Community and Social Service
shall act as the president in his or her absence; assist president on the area of community and social service.

Vice President of Education and People Welfare
shall act as the president in his or her absence; assist president on the area of education of people welfare.

Secretary
shall keep or cause to be kept, at BYA 's principal office or such other place as the Board may direct, a book of minutes of all meetings, proceedings, and actions of the Board, of Committees, and of members' meetings.

Treasurer
shall keep and maintain, or cause to be kept and maintained, adequate and correct books and accounts of BYA's properties and transactions

Publicist
shall be the communication, publication, recording and marketing manager of BYA ;be in charge of BYA publications such as flyers, pamphlets and newsletters.

§Personal introduction and social talks:

Ko Dave Maung who just graduated from SJSU introduced himself and participated in the meeting. (I didn’t catch his major.)

Seng Aung who is a 20- year-old youth with a Kachin ethnic background has just arrived in the US a couple of months ago, spelled out himself and started joining BYA.

He loves to do engineering studies and hang out with us sibling-like manners, sadly is not eligible for now to toast drinks in special occasions. I am not encouraging him, but just want to let you know.

§Public announcements

President of Tibetan’s Community invite BYA to volunteer their upcoming festival and we’re willing to do this.

Ma Kalyar and Ma Myat Soe Mon were absent because they had to go and help Ma Su Wai on Spreckels Harp Festival in emergency notice.

Probably, Ma Kalyar is making follow-ups with the actual date and time pretty soon.

On Nov 27^th ’09, there will be a concert that will be auditioned by Burmese well-known actress Academy winner Eindara Kyaw Zin and the host castings: the unbeatable artist Za Yan Da, No-match playwright and director Ko Naing (His Mom’s Son), and the other performers.

Zarni Tun made suggestions that it would be better to update upcoming event activity and meeting information onto BYA google group. Hpyo Wai Hpyo replied there already exists a link on BYA blogspot or webpage and will do more improvements for all our convenience.

He also proposed BYA to volunteer and advocate Awareness Promotion and Conservation of Red Panda in Burma campaign. The initial event on Dec 5th is canceled. Instead, they are planning to have a much bigger fun raising event in sometimes next year, combining forces with International Red Panda Day. The date for the event is still indeterminate.

Some BYA members individually made contributions of 50 dollars in sum to this event.

Zarni Min Lwin and Ko Nay Lin explained about how the funds will be handled and who are acting as coordinators, trustees, and etc;

There is a deceiving reputation that BYA is in the leading role in staging the event due to naïve misinforming done by one of us. Ko Kyaw Kyaw Soe as a BYA rep. is emailing to some individuals or groups concerned to make clear of the misconception.

There was an unanimous vote for that every member will have to have consensus of majority in order to communicate or do outreach.

In addition, all the public communications will be responsible solely to Ko Kyaw Kyaw Soe and Ma Myat Soe Mon who are assigned as the BYA reps.

§BYA Final By-laws and Approval Voting

Ma Nandi pointed out that we would have validated meeting attending manners, qualifications and responsibilities and so forth to stand as a good standing or active member regarding with Sec 4.02 , 4.03 and 7.02. We all agree to make amendments afterward.

There was also a debate about the authority, capacity and responsibility of Board of Directors and Executive (EC) Officers and whether to merge these two into one body as Board of Directors and Executive Officers (BODEO). The capacity remains as 11 due to lack of resources.

Zarni Tun also commented that the required vote should be 75% that of BODEO and 90% that of voting members to win an approval in decision-making race.

We also corrected some typos and wrong phrases.We approved that the regular agenda should be the finance update and the policies and guidelines update.

Ko Kyaw Kyaw is sending the final by-laws which we approved at 22:00 of Nov 14 ‘09 in accordance with the unanimous vote of attendees.

§BYA Board of Directors Nominees and Applications

We accepted applications by new members and we will form an interim committee for confidential nomination process. This committee will take care of vote counts via email, mail or phone calls.

§BYA’s 1^st Board of Directors and Executive Officers (BODEO) Election Committee discussions
The above mentioned committee with some member reinforcement will become an adhoc committee called the election committee.
As for election process, Ma Nandi will be in-charge of the election committee as she will not be running for any position and she will request other election committee members as needed. Now, anyone can start sending names of the nominees with a maximum number of 11 for BODEO positions to <byaelection2009@gmail.com> subscribed by election committee. Ma Nandi will send detailed election information later.

The elected president, vice presidents and executive officers are automatically eligible to be in BODEO.

§ BYA Finance Updates

Ko Wai Phyo and Ko Kyaw Kyaw declared that recently we have accepted the contribution of 500 dollars made by Asian Art Museum Authorized Personnel.

There will be 500 dollars of expenditure for 501(c)3 filing fees.

BYA’s by-law was drafted by BYAers who communicated by multiples conference call due to the nature of detail discussion. On the day of meeting: BYA discussed

· The process of Drafting By Law

After that BYAers approved the Draft bylaw by majority votes. Ko Kyaw Min Oo will be setting up By-Law conference call discussing. Whoever wants to get By-law draft, please contact Ko Kyaw Min Oo. It is mandatory to read the final draft sending by Ko Kyaw Min Oo before next meeting for all BYAers. Please make a notes of the changes that you would like to make and present in next meeting. There is going to be time line for BYA organization restructured by the By-law. This is the time to illustrate what BYA really is and you all can put your voice in the future of BYA.

စကၤာပူႏုိင္ငံသည္ တစ္ခ်ိန္က အေရွ႕ေတာင္အာရွ၊ အာရွမွာပါမက ကမၻာမွာပါ နာမည္ေက်ာ္ၾကားခဲ့ေသာ ႏုိင္ငံတစ္ခုျဖစ္ေသာ္လည္း ကမၻာ့စီးပြားပ်က္ကပ္ေနာက္ပိုင္းတြင္ တျဖည္းျဖည္း နာမည္က်ဆင္းလာခဲ့သည္။ ကမၻာ့ႏုိင္ငံေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားသည္ ကမၻာ့စီးပြားပ်က္ကပ္ေၾကာင့္ ကေမာက္ကမေတြျဖစ္ခဲ့ရ၍ ထုိအထဲတြင္ အေျခအေနအဆုိးရြားဆံုးဒါဏ္ခံရသည္မွာ စကၤာပူႏုိင္ငံပင္ ျဖစ္ေလသည္။ စီးပြားပ်က္ကပ္ေၾကာင့္ ခၽြတ္ခ်ဳံက်ေနေသာ ႏုိင္ငံမ်ားသည္ မိမိတို႔ႏုိင္ငံသားမ်ားအတြက္ အရင္ဦးဆံုး စဥ္းစားၾကရေလသည္။ အစစအရာရာ ေစ်းႀကီးလွေသာ ထိုအခ်ိန္က ႏိုင္ငံသားမ်ား အလုပ္လက္မဲ့မျဖစ္ေရး၊ အစာေရစာေလာက္ေလာက္ငွငွရွိေရးႏွင့္ ေရမီး ႏွစ္ဆယ့္ေလးနာရီရရွိေရး ႀကဳိးပမ္းေနခ်ိန္တြင္ မည္သည့္ႏုိင္ငံကမွ် ျပည္တြင္းထြက္ အစားအစာ၊ ေရ၊ မီးစသည္တို႔ကို ျပည္ပႏုိင္ငံမ်ားသို႔ တင္ပို႔ေရာင္းခ်ျခင္းမရွိေတာ့ပဲ ျပည္တြင္းတြင္ စြမ္းအင္ေလာင္စာရရွိေရးအတြက္ ဦးစားေပးစဥ္းစားေနၾကေသာေၾကာင့္ အစစအရာရာ ျပည္ပႏုိင္ငံမ်ားကို အားကိုးေနရေသာ စကၤာပူႏုိင္ငံသည္ အဆံုးရြားဆံုးအေနအထားတစ္ခုသို႔ ေရာက္ရွိေနေလသည္။

ရန္ကုန္တကၠသိုလ္မွ ႏုိင္ငံေရးဘာသာရပ္ဆုိင္ရာပါေမာကၡတစ္ေယာက္ ေရးသားထုတ္ေ၀ထားေသာ ပထမကမၻာမွ တတိယကမၻာသို႔၊ "အိုဘယ့္ ျခေသၤ့ၿမဳိ႕ေတာ္"ဆိုသည့္ စကၤာပူႏုိင္ငံအေၾကာင္းေရးသားထားေသာ စာအုပ္မွာေတာ့ စကၤာပူႏုိင္ငံပ်က္သုန္းျခင္းအေၾကာင္းမ်ားကို

(၁) စကၤာပူႏုိင္ငံ၏ ဖခင္ႀကီးဟု လူသိမ်ားေသာ ဘိုးဘိုးလီမရွိေတာ့သည့္ ေနာက္ပုိင္းတြင္ အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ေရးပိုင္း အားနည္းလာခဲ့ၿပီး စစ္ဦးစီးခ်ဳပ္က ႏုိင္ငံေတာ္အာဏာကို သိမ္းယူခဲ့ျခင္းေၾကာင့္ လည္းေကာင္း။
(၂) ႏိုင္ငံသားတုိင္း စစ္ပညာမသင္မေနရဟူေသာ ဥပေဒႏွင့္အတူ စစ္တပ္အတြက္ အသံုးျပဳေသာ ေငြေၾကးပမာဏမွာ ပညာေရး၊ က်န္းမာေရးမ်ားထက္ အဆမ်ားစြာသာလြန္ေနေသာေၾကာင့္ လည္းေကာင္း။
(၃) ဘိုးဘိုးလီရွိစဥ္ကတည္းက က်င့္သံုးလာခဲ့ေသာ အေယာင္ေဆာင္ပါတီစံုေရြးေကာက္ပြဲမ်ားႏွင့္ လူ႔အခြင့္အေရး နည္းပါးမႈမ်ားေၾကာင့္လည္းေကာင္း။
(၄) ႏုိင္ငံေကာင္းက်ဳိးအတြက္ လိုအပ္ေသာ ပညာတတ္မ်ား အျခားႏုိင္ငံမ်ားသို႔ သြားေရာက္အလုပ္ လုပ္ကိုင္ေသာအခါျဖစ္ေပၚလာေသာ ဦးေႏွာက္ယိုစီးမႈျပႆနာမ်ားေၾကာင့္လည္းေကာင္း။
(၅) ေရ၊ မီး မမွန္ေသာေၾကာင့္ ႏုိင္ငံတကာမွ စီးပြားေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ား ရင္းႏွီးျမႈပ္ႏွံမႈ နည္းပါးလာျခင္းေၾကာင့္လည္းေကာင္း။
(၆) ႏုိင္ငံသားမ်ား၏ လစာမ်ားမွ လစဥ္စုေဆာင္းေငြ(CPF)မ်ားကိုလည္း ကမၻာ့စီးပြားပ်က္ကပ္မွ ျပန္လည္ကယ္တင္ႏုိင္ရန္ ႀကဳိးစားရင္း စံုးစံုးျမႈပ္သြားျခင္းေၾကာင့္လည္းေကာင္း။
(၇) စစ္အာဏာရွင္စနစ္၏ ဆိုးက်ဳိးမ်ားအျဖစ္ ႏုိင္ငံတကာ၏ ဖိအားေပးပိတ္ဆို႔မႈမ်ားေၾကာင့္ ေငြေၾကးမ်ားစြာ ရင္းႏွီးျမႈပ္ႏွံခဲ့ေသာ Integrated Resort(IR)မွာ အလုပ္မျဖစ္ျခင္းေၾကာင့္လည္းေကာင္း။

ထိုအခ်က္မ်ားသာမကပဲ စကၤာပူႏုိင္ငံ၏ ခရီးသြားလုပ္ငန္းမွာလည္း ေနာက္ဆံုးဖြင့္လွစ္ေသာ Singapore Flyerႀကီး မၾကာခဏစက္ခၽြတ္ယြင္းမႈေၾကာင့္လည္းေကာင္း၊ Sentosa၊ Underwater worldတို႔ထက္ေကာင္းေသာ အပန္းေျဖစရာမ်ားသည္ အေရွ႕ေတာင္အာရွႏုိင္ငံေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားတြင္ တည္ရွိျခင္းေၾကာင့္လည္းေကာင္း၊ ထို႔အျပင္ ကမၻာလွည့္ခရီးသြားမ်ား၏ အဓိက စိတ္၀င္စားမႈမ်ားမွာ ပိရမစ္မ်ား၊ တရုတ္မဟာတံတုိင္းႀကီး၊ အန္ေကာ၀ပ္ေက်ာင္းေတာ္၊ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံမွ ပုဂံဘုရားမ်ား၊ ဥေရာပမွ ေရွးေဟာင္းနန္းေတာ္မ်ား ျဖစ္ေသာေၾကာင့္ လည္းေကာင္း စသည္တို႔ေၾကာင့္ စကၤာပူႏိုင္ငံ၏ ခရီးသြားလုပ္ငန္းသည္လည္း အေျခအေနတျဖည္းျဖည္း ဆိုးရြားလာခဲ့၏။

ဤကဲ့သုိ႔ စကၤာပူႏုိင္ငံ၏အေျခအေန စတင္ဆုိးရြားခ်ိန္၌ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံသည္ ဒီမိုကေရစီလမ္းစဥ္ကို စတင္က်င့္သံုးခ်ိန္ႏွင့္ တုိက္ဆုိင္ခဲ့၏။ ထိုအခ်ိန္က ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံသည္ မည့္သည့္စေတာ့ရွယ္ယာ ေစ်းကြက္တြင္မွ ပါ၀င္မႈမရွိျခင္း၊ ကမၻာ့ႏုိင္ငံေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားႏွင့္ အဆက္အဆံမရွိျခင္းတို႔ေၾကာင့္ ကမၻာ့စီးပြားပ်က္ကပ္တြင္မပါ၀င္ခဲ့ေပ။ သို႔ေသာ္ ထိုအခ်က္သည္ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံတုိးတက္ေျပာင္းလဲရန္အတြက္ အဓိကက်ေသာ အခ်က္မဟုတ္ေပ။ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံေျပာင္းလဲျခင္းအတြက္ အေရးပါေသာ အခ်က္မွာ ကမၻာ့ႏုိင္ငံအသီးသီးတြင္ အေျခခ်ေနထုိင္ၾကေသာ ပညာတတ္ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံသားမ်ားသည္ ကမၻာ့စီးပြားပ်က္ကပ္ေၾကာင့္ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံသို႔ျပန္လည္ေရာက္ရွိလာခဲ့ၾကၿပီး စစ္မွန္ေသာ ပါတီစံုဒီမိုကေရစီ စနစ္ကို ေဖာ္ေဆာင္ႏုိင္ခဲ့ေသာေၾကာင့္ျဖစ္၏။ ထိုဒီမိုကေရစီစနစ္ႏွင့္အတူ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံတုိးတက္ေျပာင္းလဲေရးအတြက္ ႏုိင္ငံေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ားႏွင့္ ျပည္သူလူထုသည္ တစ္ေသြးတည္း၊ တစ္သားတည္း ေန႔မအား၊ ညမအားႀကဳိးစားခဲ့ျခင္းေၾကာင့္သာ ယခုျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံသည္ ဤအေျခအေနသို႔ ေရာက္ရွိႏုိင္ခဲ့ျခင္းျဖစ္၏။ ျပန္လည္ေရာက္ရွိလာခဲ့ေသာ လူမ်ားတြင္ ကိုလတ္တို႔လို စကၤာပူႏုိင္ငံ ေဆာက္လုပ္ေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားတြင္ ႀကံဳရာက်ပန္းလုပ္ကိုင္ခဲ့ၾကေသာ ျမန္မာမ်ား၊ ႏုိင္ငံတကာတကၠသိုလ္ႀကီးမ်ားတြင္ ပညာမ်ားသင္ယူခဲ့ေသာ ပညာတတ္ျမန္မာလူငယ္မ်ားလည္း ပါ၀င္ေလသည္။

ကိုလတ္တို႔ စကၤာပူတြင္ ရွိစဥ္က တစ္ရက္ကို စကၤာပူေဒၚလာ ၁၇ေဒၚလာသာ ရရွိခဲ့ေသာေၾကာင့္ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံရွိမိသားစုကို ျပန္ပို႔ရန္ မဆိုထားႏွင့္ တစ္ကိုယ္ရည္သံုးစြဲရန္ေတာင္ အႏုိင္ႏုိင္ပင္။ ထိုၾကားထဲ စကၤာပူတြင္ အလုပ္လုပ္ရန္အတြက္ ပြဲစားခကလည္း လတုိင္းျဖတ္ေသးသည္။ ယခုျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံရွိပြဲစားမ်ားမွာ အလုပ္သမားမ်ားထံမွ ပြဲစားခ တစ္ျပားမွမယူပဲ ကုမၸဏီမ်ားႏွင့္ ႏုိင္ငံေတာ္အစိုးရထံမွ အခေၾကးေငြမ်ားကိုသာ လက္ခံၾကသည္။ ကိုလတ္စကၤာပူတြင္ ေနထုိင္ခဲ့စဥ္က စိတ္အညစ္ဆံုးမွာ သြားေရးလာေရးႏွင့္ ေနထုိင္ေရးပင္ျဖစ္သည္။ သြားေရးလာေရးတြင္ အားထားစရာျဖစ္ေသာ SMRTမွာ ရုံးတက္ရုံးဆင္းခ်ိန္တြင္ အၿမဲျပည့္ၾကပ္ေနတတ္ၿပီး ေနထုိင္ရေသာ HDBအခန္းမ်ားမွာလည္း ယခုျမန္မာျပည္တြင္ေနထုိင္လွ်က္ရွိေသာ အိမ္ႏွင့္စာလွ်င္ အသက္ရႈေတာ္ေတာ္ၾကပ္ေလသည္။ ယခုေနထုိင္ေသာ အိမ္မွာ ေပ၅၀ပတ္လည္ ျခံ၀န္းေပၚတြင္ ၂ထပ္လံုးခ်င္းတုိက္ေလးျဖင့္ ေနျခင္းျဖစ္၏။

ေတာင္ဥကၠလာပ ဘူတာရုံသို႔ ေရာက္ေသာအခ်ိန္တြင္ ရုံးဆင္းခ်ိန္ျဖစ္၍ လူအမ်ားႏွင့္ စည္ကားေနသည္။

Origins of Rivers: Omens of a Crisis (10:41) documents the effects of climate change on the glaciers of the Tibetan. The implications are far-reaching as those glaciers are the source of most of the major river systems in Asia.

Damning the Yin Ta Lai (13:00) offers a rare look at the people and environment that could be flooded by the Weigyi dam in Burma on the Salween River. The short video documents a people threatened with extinction by Salween dams. The video taken in the Salween River area depicts the unique cultural heritage of the Yin Ta Lai ethnic tribe, of whom only 1,000 remain and the biodiversity of pristine rainforests, which will be lost if the Salween dams are built in Burma.

There will be a special private screening of the new documentary, Hasankeyf Waiting Life for supporters of International Rivers.

Hasankeyf Waiting Life (54:00) tells the story of Hasankeyf an ancient village on the Tigris river of over 5,000 mostly Kurdish inhabitants. It is a community that lives under the threat of the building of the Ilisu Dam a dam that if completed would submerge the village under 30 meters of water.

ဒီၾကားတဲမွာေပါတာၾကီးသန္းေရႊက ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ကို ေနအိမ္မွာအက်ယ္ခ်ဳပ္သက္တန္း တနစ္ထပ္မံ တိုးလိုက္တဲ့အခါမွာ နတ္ျပည္နဲ႔ ငရဲျပည္ စကားမ်ားရျပီး နတ္ျပည္ဟာ စစ္တုိက္ရမ လိုျဖစ္လာ တဲ့အထိတင္းမာလာေတာ့တယ္။ စစ္ျဖစ္ရင္ နစ္နိင္ငံစလံုးနာမယ္။ ဒိီေတာ့ လိ်ွဳလ္၀ွက္ သေဘာတူညီခ်က္တခုကိုလုပ္လိုက္တယ္။ ေပါတာၾကီးသန္းေရႊနဲ႔ အမ်ိဳးသားဒီမိုကေရစီအဖြဲ ့ခ်ဳပ္ေခါင္းေဆာင္ ဦးေအာင္ေရႊတို႔ တေယာက္ခ်င္းခ်ပါေစ။ တေယာက္ေယာက္ေသသြားရင္ အရံႈးအနိင္ေပၚမယ္။ သၾကားမင္းၾကီး နဲ႔ ငရဲ မင္းၾကီး သေဘာတူညီခ်က္ကို လုပ္ ျပီးတဲ့အခါမွာ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္ေတြ လႊတ္ျပီးသြား ေဆြးေႏြးခိုင္းတယ္။ ငရဲမင္းၾကီးက ေပါတာၾကီးတို႔အဖြဲ႔ ကိုသြားေဆြးေႏြးတယ္။ ေပါတာၾကီးက ငါသြားမယ္လို႔ ေျပာတဲ့အခါမွာ ငမူးေမာင္ေအးေရာ၊ ေသာက္ရမ္းေရႊမန္း ေရာက သေဘာတူတယ္။ သၾကားမင္းၾကီးကလည္း ဒီခ်ဳပ္ေခါင္းေဆာင္ေတြကို သြားျပီး အစီအစဥ္ကိုေဆြးေႏြးျပတယ္။

ဒီခ်ဳပ္ထဲမွာေတာ့ ေပါတာၾကီးနဲ႔တေယာက္ခ်င္းခ်ဖို႔ ေခါင္းေဆာင္ကို ေရြးလို႔ မရဘူးျဖစ္ေနတယ္။ နင္သြားငါသြား နဲ ့တြက္ကပ္ေနၾကတယ္။

ေနာက္တေၾကာင္းကလည္း တေယာက္ထဲလႊတ္လိုက္ရင္ ေပါတာၾကီးနဲ ့လ်ိွဳလ္၀ွက္သေဘာတူညီမႈ ယူလိုက္မွာကိုလည္း စိတ္မခ်နိင္ဘူးျဖစ္ေနၾကတယ္။ ဒါနဲ ့ဒီမိုကေရစီနည္းက်က် အားလံုးသြားမယ္လို ့ဆံုးျဖတ္လိုက္တယ္။ ဒီခ်ဳပ္ဆံုးျဖတ္ခ်က္ကို ၾကည္ ့ျပီးသၾကားမင္းၾကီးလည္း စိတ္ပ်က္သြားတာေပါ့။ ဒါနဲ ့ငရဲမင္းနဲ ့ျပန္ျပီးေဆြးေႏြးရတယ္။ က်ဴပ္လူေတြကတေယာက္ခ်င္း ခ်တာကို သေဘာမတူဘူး အားလံုးနဲ ့ခ်ရမွခ်မယ္လို ့ဆိုတယ္လို ့ဆိုေတာ့၊ ငရဲမင္းၾကီးက ေပါတာၾကီးကို ျဖစ္လားလို ့ေမးေတာ့ ေပါတာၾကီးက တေယာက္နဲ ့ ၁၀၀လာလည္းခ်မယ္။ စိန္လိုက္လို ့ဆိုလိုက္တဲ့အတြက္ စိန္ေခၚပြဲဟာ အထေျမာက္ သြားေတာ့တယ္။

ဒါနဲ႔သၾကားမင္းၾကီးနဲ႔ ငရဲမင္းၾကီးတို႔ ၿပန္သြားၾကတယ္။ သူတို႔ ၿပန္သြားၾကတဲ့အခါမွာေတာ့ ေပါတာၾကီးဟာ ဒိုက္အၾကိမ္ ၁၀၀ ထိုးလိုက္တယ္။ ျပီးေတာ့ ေခြးမသားေတြ ငါအေၾကာင္းသိေစရမယ္လို႔ ဒီခ်ဳပ္ေခါင္းေဆာင္ေတြကို ၾကိမ္း၀ါး ျပီး သစ္၀ါးေတြခုတ္ျပီး အခ်ဳပ္ခန္းတခုေဆာက္ေနသတဲ့။

ဒီခ်ဳပ္က လူၾကီးေတြလည္း သူမအားေသးဘူးထင္ပါတယ္။ တေရးေလာက္အိပ္လိုက္ၾကစို႔ ဆိုျပီး အိပ္လိုက္ၾကတယ္။ ေပါတာၾကီးက အိပ္ေပ်ာ္ေနတဲ့ ဒီခ်ဳပ္ေခါင္းေဆာင္ေတြကို တေယာက္ျပီး တေယာက္ ဖမ္းျပီးေထာင္ခ်လိုက္တယ္။ သူတို႔ႏိုးလာတဲ့အခါမွာေတာ့ ေထာင္ထဲေရာက္ေနတာကိုေတြ႔လိုက္ရတယ္။ ဘာလုပ္လို႔ ဘာကိုင္ရမွန္းမသိၾကေတာ့ဘူးျဖစ္သြားၾကတယ္။ ဒီအခါမွာ ဦးေအာင္ေရႊက ဘာမွမပူနဲ႔ အမူေဆာင္တို႔ က်ေနာ္မွာ သၾကားမင္းၾကီးေပးသြားတဲ့ခဲတံရိွတယ္။ လိုခ်င္တာကိုပံုဆြဲလိုက္တာနဲ ့ျဖစ္လာေစမယ္လို႔ဆိုတယ္။ ဘာပံုဆြဲရင္ေကာင္းမလဲဆိုတာကို အစည္းေ၀းထိုင္လိုက္ၾကတယ္။ တေယာက္ တေပါက္ျငင္းေနၾကတာနဲ ့ ေန၀င္သြားသတဲ့။

မနက္ၾကမွဆက္ဆြဲတာေပါ့ဆိုျပီး အိပ္ေရး၀မွာပံုလွလွဆြဲနိင္မယ္လိုျပီး ေစာေစာ၀င္အိပ္လိုက္ၾကျပန္တယ္။ ႏိုးလာေတာ့ ဆက္ျပီးအစည္းေ၀းထိုင္ၾကတယ္။ တေယာက္က တင့္ကားပံုဆြဲသင့္တယ္။ တင့္ကားျဖစ္လာရင္ တင့္ကားနဲ႔ ေပါတာၾကီး ကို ျပစ္နိင္တယ္လို႔ ဆိုတယ္။ ဒီအခါမွာ က်န္တဲ့သူေတြက ကန္႔ကြက္တယ္။ တေယာက္က တင့္ကားဆြဲလို႔ မျဖစ္ဘူး ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ေပၚလစီနဲ႔ မကိုက္ဘူးလို႔ဆိုတယ္။ တေယာက္က အၾကမ္းမဖက္ ျငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးလမ္းစဥ္ ကိုဆန္က်င္ေနတယ္လို႔ဆိုတယ္။ဒါနဲ႔ တင့္ကားပံု ဆဲြမဲ့အစီအစဥ္ကို ဖ်က္လိုက္တယ္။

ဒီအခါမွာ အမႈေဆာင္တေယာက္ က သဘာပတိၾကီးခင္ဗ်ား။ လူပံုေတြအမ်ားၾကီးဆြဲလိုက္ပါ။ ဒါဆိုရင္ လူေတြျဖစ္လာမယ္။ လူေတြျဖစ္လာရင္ ေပါတာၾကီးကို ဆႏၵျပခိုင္းနိင္တယ္လို႔ အဆိုျပဳတယ္။ ဒါေပမဲ့လည္း က်န္တဲ့သူေတြက ကန္႔ ကြက္ၾကျပန္တယ္။ ဟာ မျဖစ္ဘူးကြ လူေတြေသကုန္ရင္ ဒို႔ ေခါင္းေပၚက် လာမယ္။ တာ၀န္မခံသင့္ဘူးလို႔ ဆိုတာနဲ႔ လူပံုေတြဆြဲမဲ့ အၾကံကိုလည္း လက္ေလ်ာ့လိုက္ၾက ျပန္တယ္။

ေနာက္ဆံုးမွာေတာ့ အၾကံတခုရသြားၾကတယ္။ ဒီအၾကံေကာင္းတယ္လို႔တညီတညြတ္တည္း ဆံုးျဖတ္တယ္။ အၾကံ အတိုင္း ပုလင္းပံုနဲ ့စာရြက္ ပံုဆြဲလိုက္တယ္။ ပုလင္းနဲ႔ စာရြက္ျဖစ္လာတယ္။ စာရြက္ေပၚမွာ စာေရးျပီးပုလင္းထဲကို ထည့္ျပီးေရထဲေမ်ာ္လိုက္ၾကတယ္။ ေပါတာၾကီးက ဒီခ်ဳပ္ေခါင္းေဆာင္ေတြ ကိုေထာင္ထဲ မွာထည့္ျပီး အစာေရးစာ အငတ္ထားလိုက္တဲ့အတြက္ ဒီခ်ဳပ္ေခါင္းေဆာင္ တေယာက္ျပီးတေယာက္ မလကီးယားၾကြ သြားၾကတယ္။ ငရဲမင္းၾကီးက ဂ်ိဳလ္ၾကီးကို သျပီး သၾကားမင္းၾကီးဖက္ကိုလွည့္က ခင္ဗ်ား လူေတြေတာ့ ေသကုန္ျပီး ကတိ အတိုင္း ပဲ ခင္ဗ်ား ျမန္မာအေရးကို၀င္ရႈပ္နဲ႔ ေတာ့လို ့ေျပာျပီးငရဲျပည္ကိုျပန္သြားတယ္။

္သၾကားမင္းၾကီးလည္း စိတ္ပ်က္လက္ျပက္နဲ႔ ေတာ္ေတာ္ညံတဲ့ေကာင္ေတြပဲ လို႔ ညီးတြားရင္းနတ္ျပည္ကို ျပန္တက္ဖို႔ အလုပ္ ပင္လယ္ထဲမွာတလက္လက္နဲ ့ေမ်ာလာတဲ့ပုလင္းေလးကို ေတြ ့တာနဲ႔ ဘာေလးပါလိမ့္ ဆို ျပီး ေရထဲက ဆယ္လိုက္တယ္။

ပုလင္းထဲက စာကို ဖတ္လိုက္တဲ့အခါမွာေတာ့ Free Aung San Suu Kyi လို႔ ေရးထားတာကိုေတြ႔လိုက္ရသတဲ့။
